"beachrest"

bedrest is going good. rhiannon has been relaxing at home watching movies and "baby shows" on the discovery channel. the weather is really nice here (as usual) so we got out of the house a bit today and enjoyed the beach. we are going to BBQ and watch the fireworks this evening.
